The area, located in Milan, in via Frosinone/via Seguro (Quartiere Olmi area, South-West Milan), consists of 3 Lots for a total of 17,875 sqm of SL. Approximately 200 flats are expected to be built with related appurtenances (cellars and garages).
A framework agreement has already been signed with the Municipality of Milan for the entire area, as well as the implementation agreement for one of the lots.
Lot 3 (the first to be realised) presents a preliminary project drawn up by Studio Degli Esposti in which 48 units are to be built with relative cellars and garages in the first basement.
